Mannheim, 22. April 2020 – The Alpha Real Estate Group, asset and investment management experts based in Mannheim, have purchased 189 residential units with a total rental area of 11,000 m² in Bielefeld and Amberg in Bavaria. The contractual parties have agreed not to disclose any details on the purchase prices.
The acquisition in Bielefeld comprises a residential portfolio spread over 8,800 m² with 147 units and 27 garages. The buildings which were constructed in the 1950s are spread over the city area. The portfolio was sold by an international real estate company, one of the leading residential portfolio holders in Scandinavia, which is advised by the Skjerven Group GmbH from Berlin. The Berlin law firm Bottermann|Khorrami LLP (BK Law) managed the legal side of the real estate sale on the part of the seller.
At the end of December 2019, the Alpha Real Estate Group purchased 42 flats in Amberg in Bavaria, to the east of Nuremberg. The total of seven properties boast an overall rental area of around 2,200 m². The multi-family buildings which were built back in 1953 were sold by the P&P Gruppe based in Fürth.

The Frankfurt law firm HauckSchuchardt handled the legal aspects of both transactions for the purchasing party.
