On the 2nd March 2020, the Alpha Real Estate Group was named number 253 in the Financial Times' "FT1000 Fastest Growing Companies Europe 2020" ranking. The Alpha Real Estate Group was 4th amongst the 22 companies in the "Property" category which are located in Germany, England, France, Italy and the Czech Republic.
Each year, the Financial Times honours European companies from various sectors who have recorded considerable revenue growth. ByeThe FT1000 award from the Financial Times is presented in cooperation with the research institute Statista. European companies which have achieved the highest average annual growth in earnings between 2015 and 2018 are acknowledged.
In order to be included in the FT1000 ranking, a minimum average growth rate of 38.4% is required. With an average annual growth rate of 95.5%, the Alpha Real Estate Group has certainly earned itself a place in this list.

The Financial Times is a business newspaper which is published in London with a circulation of approx. 180,000 printed copies and some 650,000 online subscribers.
