Alpha Real Estate Group, the specialist in apartment privatisation and real estate management, is increasing its activities in southern and western Germany as planned. For this purpose, the Mannheim-based real estate enterprise has bought approximately 150 residential units. The properties are located in Heidelberg (Baden-Württemberg), Bruchköbel (Hessen) and Waldbröl (Northrhine-Westphalia).
They are all situated in quiet communities. In all, 40 of the residential units are in Heidelberg. The residential complex was originally built in 1994 and offers a combined living area of 2,895 square metres. Alpha RE also bought 28 residential units in Bruchköbel (east of Frankfurt) which were built in 1990 with a total living area of 2,280 square metres. Alongside this, 75 apartments built in 1962 in Waldbröl, not far from Cologne, were purchased. The total living area is approximately 5,000 square metres.
With these latest acquisitions, Alpha Real Estate Group has expanded its privatisation portfolio further, continuing its current growth programme. The company recently revised its sales forecast for 2018 upwards: "In view of the continuing favourable market conditions and a replete project pipeline, we are confident that we will achieve sales of around 60 million euros this year", declares Buhrmann.
The Frankfurt law firm HauckSchuchardt has been engaged as legal counsel for the Alpha Real Estate Group.
