At MLP Finanzberatung SE's main seminar on 14 February 2020 in the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin, the Alpha Real Estate Group was present for the very first time as a new product partner. Alongside a further 80 exhibitors and around 2,500 participants, this marked the successful start of cooperation between the Alpha Real Estate Group and MLP.
The two new properties were presented: Waldpark Living in Heidelberg and the Nibelungen Quartier in Worms.
In a lively exchange with MLP representatives, first contacts were established and the details of new projects were discussed. "Thanks to our comprehensive portfolio, we are able to offer investors tailored solutions. This exhibition day is an important basis for the start of a successful cooperation with MLP", explained the CSO of Alpha Real Estate, Sebastian Engel.
Alongside the presentations from the various companies at their booths, a number of lectures were also held, including from the politician Friedrich Merz (CDU) looking at the current assessment of finances.
As an additional offering, the MLP representatives were able to attend silent lectures in order to get a quick and effective overview of the product partners. The CSO of Alpha Real Estate, Sebastian Engel, also held two such silent lectures together with Silvio Stöltzl, the Managing Director of Pluco. These lectures essentially focused on the business model of the Alpha Real Estate Group and the introduction of two new sales properties.
In addition to the successful initial introduction of the Alpha Real Estate Group as a new MLP product partner, the delighted faces of those responsible at MLP were the icing on the cake for this new venture. We look forward to a good and promising cooperation.
