The Alpha Real Estate Group—a Germany-wide asset and investment manager—has started marketing 250 residential units at locations in Egelsbach, Siegen and Bad Kreuznach. In total, the condominiums up for sale comprise a living space of around 18,500 square metres. In the near future, more refurbishment work is set to be carried out on the respective buildings in all three locations. The prices for the individual units are between 153,500 and 413,000 euros.
Investors can choose from 122 two- to four-room apartments in Erich-Kästner-Straße and Kurt-Schumacher-Ring in the Hessian town of Egelsbach between Frankfurt and Darmstadt. The Egelsbach portfolio has a total living space of approx. 8,700 square metres with apartments ranging from 39 square metres to 99.5 square metres. The Egelsbach location also includes 79 underground parking spaces.
68 apartments with a total living space of approximately 5,000 square metres are up for sale in Wittgensteiner Straße in the North Rhine-Westphalian university town of Siegen. Each residential unit ranges between 50 square metres and 92 square metres in size. The two- to four-room apartments are spread across ten houses that were built in the sixties. Purchasers also have the opportunity to purchase one of 42 associated garages.
The residential complex in Rheinstraße in Bad Kreuznach has over 60 two- to five-room units, ranging from 44.5 square metres to 137 square metres in size. 52 parking spaces and 23 garages belong to the property which has a total living space of just under 4,800 square metres.
