Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing a housing portfolio assigned to you
- Controlling facility management services and complying with house rules in the area of responsibility
- Implementing the management strategy
- Independently clarifying all issues relating to tenancy agreements
- Maintaining contact with and supporting our tenants
- Corresponding with tenants, public authorities, insurance companies and law firms
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding properties
- Maintaining contact with tenants, tenant representatives, tenants’ associations, public authorities and social services
- Assisting in the processing of objections to raised rents and utility costs
- Reviewing options for increasing rent, preparing demands for rent increases
Your profile:
- Completed training or comparable qualification as a real estate agent (m/f/x)
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in real estate
- Possible further training as a real estate agent (m/f/x)
- Very good MS Office skills and experience using property management programs
- Sound knowledge of tenancy law

Your responsibilities:
- You will perform all tasks as part of representing owners vis-à-vis tenants as well as commercial and technical service providers:
- You are the first contact partner for our advisory boards and owners
- Organising and conducting document checks, advisory board meetings and owner meetings
- Implementing adopted resolutions
- Preparing business plans and maintenance costs billing
- Appointing and monitoring external service providers; planning, assigning, monitoring and invoicing maintenance work
- Commercial administration of rental pools; organising and conducting rental pool shareholder meetings
- Assisting with the preparation of partition deeds
- Entering and maintaining all relevant data in the company program
Your profile:
- Completed commercial (ideally real estate-related) vocational training or relevant professional experience in real estate management
- Professional experience in homeowner association management
- In-depth knowledge of all MS Office programs, ideally also in real estate administration software
