Property aquisition process

Our three-step acquisition process ensures absolute transparency and security when selling your property.





Step 1: Initial verification and price indication

In the first step of the acquisition process, we check whether the submitted property is an adapted investment for the ALPHA-REAL-ESTATE GROUP. As a rule we will reply to your submission within 48 hours.

If we determine that your property is a suitable investment for us, we will also provide you with a price indication

Step 2: Viewing/Inspection of the property

If you are interested by our offer, we set up a viewing appointment and verify the details of the property (list of tenants, land register etc.). We then agree to a final inspection and prepare the sales contract based on our offer

Step 3: Notarial recording of the sales contract

After the verification process is successfully completed, the sales contract can be recorded.

In the period between the recording of the contract and the transfer of the property we will coordinate with the seller on communicating the sale to the tenants.
